New Years

new years eve is rapidly approaching and our thoughts all turn to the same thing: What shall we do this year??? I don't know where to go or what to do, have you got any good ideas for drinking merriment in London (you should prob know we're not v rich) on the eve of a new year?

go to hampstead heath with a hot picnic, the sit and watch the fireworks over london for nothing.

inci, I think primrose hill would be better, unless u like the heaths merriments of a late evening!!

I've been told a trip on the Thames on the riverboats is great on New year with drinking and dancing etc, Big Ben and all that. I think you can get group deals etc - wouldn't know how to get the info though. Could try the net, if not go down to the river and ask the companies that do trips in the daytime if they are doing any specials for new year.
