a mercifully short Grauniad piece, which makes a pleasant change. Yes, I think option 2 was highly likely: one of the hazards of Twitter is retweeting things as a reflex action, just out of desire to 'support' the pronouncements of the person (or celeb) whose tweet you are currently reading. Doing so without clicking on the link to see what it is about is a bit thoughtless though.
Still, it does raise the question: if dinosaurs were still present but in small numbers and endangered, would the super-wealthy be there, shooting them, as well? (Toyota Hilux 'technical', with a .50 cal cannon are not hard to come by, in Africa, sadly)
