Song on Graham Norton!

Hey all!

This may be a bit vague but hope someone can help.

A while ago (around a month I think!) there was a song performed on Graham Norton by who I at first thought was David Gray and another famous singer but I cant for the life of me remember who it was! It may also have not been David Gray but the bloke from coldplay (or another band lol!). Im pretty useless at music and singers but really loved the song they sang and want it!!

The female singer had short blond hair and was wearing an HIV day tshirt!
