On a Corrie thread last night, someone posted Carla owned half of the Rovers. I don't remember this. Can someone explain please?
I have posted this on the other thread but no one has replied.
I know it's not real!!

Hi Caran, I can't remember exactly but it was when Tony was going to buy Liz's half share of the Rovers and as they arrived at the solicitors, Carla turned up with Michelle and said she was putting in an offer for it. Don't know whether she bought it though as Liz still refers to it as her pub.x

I think Michelle was worried that if Tony bought half of the pub,(he'd already bought Steve's half, unbeknown to them) that her and Steve might be out of a job so she persuaded Carla to buy it instead, I think. x

I know he, I was wondering what to do.
So now Steve nor Liz own the Rovers, when will they realise this as they do not appear to know this?

In the link that Chris has put on, it says Carla offers to buy Liz out of the pub, but it doesn't say if she actually did. It also says in July 2015, Steve manages to raise the funds to buy back his 70% share of the pub, after Tony offers to sell it, for the same price that he bought it for.I don't remember that bit, but that means Steve owns 70% again and I don't know whether Liz or Carla own the other 30%.x
