Upgraded To Widows 10 But No Sound

I have done the upgrade and also checked all the drivers are up to date.
I have no sound though.
No windows sounds or Spotify etc.
I have checked everything and in device manager the soundard indictes all is ok and working but all is silent.
What can I do to get some sound please?

sorted. I tried varius options and all indicated everything was working- it wasn't.

I deleted the sound card.
It then found and installed it automatically and all is now working again.
