11 Years For Stabbing His Teacher!
37 Answers
A couple of weeks ago former banker Tom Hayes was sentenced to 14 years in prison for conspiracy to defraud, yet a 14 year old racist Bradford teenager, with previous convictions, gets 11 years for stabbing his teacher in the classroom, it is likely he'll only serve 3 years if he behaves himself! What is wrong with our judiciary, the 'boy' should've been banged up for life, serving at least 20 years before being allowed to apply for parole!

This is where I say ta-ra to my leftie polictically correct self...... this person is feral. The chances of his rehabilitati on are slim, as the environment he will return to will reinforce his present way of life. Now, if you had an out of control animal that attacked people despite attempts to control and restrain, you'd erm.....deal with it. Humanely....

Imprisoning costs and good people are relying on food banks.
I know it's not a nice analysis on my part. When released (if he makes it to release) I expect he will offend again quite quickly and this time someone may die as a result. //
Could you arrange to say ta-ra to your nonsensical viewpoint at the same time?
The notion that we should execute a child to save money is at least as barbaric as the crime committed, without the saving grace that you are (I assume) a sensible adult rather than a seriously misguided youth.
You wouldn’t know this youth if you fell over him – where do you get off saying he is ‘feral’ and he is bound to offend again? Were you in court?
Simply making sweeping assumptions based on media information does nothing to address the issues that lead to this kind of dreadful crime.

Excuse me for misreading you but by "issues"…
//does nothing to address the issues that lead to this kind of dreadful crime. //
…do you mean
i) the racism which a youngster already has instilled in him by age 14 or
ii) the issue of mobile phone addiction or
iii) teachers tackling mobile phone-based inattention in class, under school regs
iv) interfering parents, whining about little Johnny being cut off from his addiction object (as in (ii))
v) something else, which I have overlooked
vi) something else, which you have yet to mention?

Reading some of the comments on here, I am reminded of the scenes outside the Courts when the two boys who were convicted of the murder of James Bulger were taken away by the Prison van.
