Rip Jonathan - The Car Man

One of this generations most talented dancers was tragicallly killed over the weekend. Jonathan Ollivier was on his way to the Sadlers Wells Theatre to play the part of The Car Man in the final performance of its run, when he was involved in a fatal crash.

He is a huge loss to the world of dance and theatre. You may have seen him as the Swan in Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake, or in one of the many Northern Ballet productions.

Couldn't get it out of my mind after reading this, Maydup....the excitement and emotions of the final show........it's such a special night....

And he was so talented and giving......so bloody unfair.....x
