Well can this be a first, everyone agreeing that it is a waste of time, a waste of money and a waste of police resources?

I wonder who thought this up, and who sanctioned it?

If only the police in the UK looked as smart as these two. I think this was sanctioned by and paid for by the foreign office, and it's designed to help the Embassy there.
