a number of people have said they sent back theirs & got replacements... did you have receipt or guarantee and did you send them registered post etc and where to? :)

this has to be a concern, i had never heard of GHD's (or ****** lelli kelly and he bloody shoes) until a few weeks ago, but I have only heard of the GHDs cos they are broken, and I work in at the cutting edge of the modern retail interface.

Well if it makes you feel any better Dot, I've never even heard of Lelli Kelly shoes!!! and I like to class myself as still with it (just) at the age of 28! lol

as it happens bob, i had a v bad perm about 2 months ago for the first time in about 14 years. I dont know why, think i read somewhere that they were fasionable again! Anyway, no-one really liked it so i have started straightening it again, not that i need to when its not permed cos its as straight as a dye!

Hi Poglet, i have the address at home Its Jemelia Products. I sent mine back with a letter explaining the fault (no garantee or proof of purchase) got a new pair in the next post. Not at home at the mo but il get the address asap.
