mpsis and had them for about 4 years and to date no flowers - help please on what am I doing wrong

Oh dear...me too, I've had mine 2 years and no flowers, they are on a west facing pergola and we are on chalk but I dug in loads of organic compost on planting,slight setback when b***** wood pigeons pecked out the top shoot but it now has lots of strong growth but NO flowers.I'm sure it will be worth it in the long run...just hope it's not too long .

Have had mine many years. Had one bunch of flowers last year this year have two plenty of year growth this year.
