Blasted Slug!

Earlier this evening I spotted a huge slug was travelling across the carpet. He was leaving his silvery trail all over the place. The little blighter had come through the open patio doors.
I had to shampoo the carpet. It was so difficult to see where the trail was, I couldn't see it by standing above it, but had to move a distance away to catch sight of it then guess!
One of the downs of having a hot day.
