I have tried to give BA to a thread for about 3 hours now, and I keep getting this ::::

"We'll be back as soon as possible. If you can't wait, why not chat with us and other AnswerBank members on our Facebook page?"

What is going on ? I have never seen this before !

As an experiment, I have just given DTC BA for this thread and it worked perfectly OK !

But I still can't give murraymints BA for her post on the Milk at Morrisons thread at 18:04 on 11/08, so I am still none the wiser what the problem is.

MM...sorry its a bit late ! Nobody can explain why I can't do it properly though....still...better late than never !
