Don't they have them on the side of Rice Krispies boxes? They used to

hiya

is it the fridge cake thing you mean?

i make one with rice krispies, choc, golden syrup, butter, maltesers, twix and peanuts

400g good quality milk choc

40g rice krispies

70g maltesers

2 twix bars

3 tbsp golden syrup

100g butter

100g peanuts/almonds/walnuts-whichever u prefer

melt choc in a bowl over a pot of boiling water

melt butter in a seperate pan with golden syrup

chop maltesers and twix roughly and mix into golden syrup mix. add rice krispies, peanuts and chocolate

pour into a loaf tin and leave in fridge

i melt another 300g choc and pour it over the fridge cake when it is turned out

Melt approx 2oz butter, two tablespoons full of syrup and a bar of Cadbury's Dairy Milk in a large bowl suspended over simmering water. When all melted and mixed together, take off the heat and start mixing in Rice Crispies (other brands are available) or Corn Flakes so that all the flakes/crispies are covered in the mix. Spoon the mix into fairy cake cases and leave to set - quicker in the fridge, but a cold larder works very well, too.

sorry meant to add this earlier...

if it is the individual ones i use 20 toffees and 20 marshmallows and melt them in the microwave...add rice krispies and put into paper cases...xx

2oz butter and 2 tablespoons syrup melted. Add 4 tablespoons sugar and simmer for 1 minute (for crunchy, less for chewy). Add 2 level tablespoons of cocoa and then keep adding rice crispies and stiring until they are all coated. Spoon into individual cake cases or onto baking parchment and cool for a short while.
