Hiya.. doing a dinner party for some friends.. they only like chicken... anyone got any different..(from the norm) chicken recipe's please... ? not curry recipe's ta... chilli, garlic is good.. but not too hot.. and preferably no alcohol in the recipe.. i've asked.. they said a teeny bit, for added flavour is ok..as one of the guests has an intolerene to alcohol.. ta everso Mrs C x

Is a stirfry any good crisper? I have a recipe that I like for a turkey stirfry but you could use chicken. It is marinated in sesame oil, honey, lemon juice and stirfried with spring onions, sugarsnaps, cashews and water chestnuts. Let me know if you want the full recipe.

This is the recipe crisper. I use sugarsnap instead of mangetout and don't bother blanching them because I like them crunchy. I also usually leave the turkey to marinate overnight.
