I'm far from confident with my offering ofr 3, so alternatives still welcome as far as I'm concerned.

(pure bred Alderney cattle are now extinct I learn, although hybrids are around. It seems the Germans ate all the pure ones in the war - the things you find at times like this - most amazing).
