there are other sites for the sounds of alarms and the names are given there
They started off with whistles ( called 'a whistle' ) and went onto a hand crank and then the one you are after - I thought it was Tunney or something but didnt really concentrate .... it is out there somewhere on the internet ( along with cute nuclear warnings too )
