"he is extremely clever, as he has proved in the past"
no he isnt...its more a case of the authorities have been scared to touch him for some strange reason...hes said plenty in the past that would have got any of us arrested if we'd have said it.
Why havent even the DWP or wahtever theyre now called been on his case...because theyre all scared of being accused of harassing him by the leftie ooman rights lawyers...
unfortunately this particular charge wont keep him locked up for long, a few years at most and then the filth will be out and at it again...

## Let me make it quite clear here. Everybody is innocent until proved guilty, but I do hope that the CPS don't make a balls-up of this. I really do ! ##
Well of course he is guilty mikey, most people have seen and heard him prattling on about our bad government sending troops to, Iraq, Afghanistan etc.. and not to mention glorifying Bin Laden & the ISI.
But unfortunately he might get released to carry on claiming his benefits, praising his Muslims brothers for 9/11, and the London bombings!
The CPS probably wont have the guts to prosecute, in case its against his human rights, or being accused of racism!
No bloody guts.

Mikey // but I do hope that the CPS don't make a balls-up of this. I really do !//
The case will depend on the weight of evidence. There is clearly a prima facie case, any failure to find him guilty may not necessarily be down to the CPS making a 'balls up' of the case. More that the Defence's case may be more persuasive.

and more from the courts (well, maybe)
