I've recently seen an advert for re-runs of Prime Suspect. I though it was starting tonight, but obviously not. Do you know when it is please?

I was an extra in that episode for a whole 5 seconds or so .... blink and you'll miss me :P

Talking of extras, I remember seeing a play on TV many moons ago. The plot centred around an extra who was asked to say the words, 'Good morning', while walking down the street, which meant he had a speaking part and therefore got paid more. He just couldn't get it right.

How much did you paid for your 4 seconds work, Gizmo?

It was a long time ago (I'm guessing 25 years ish), so my memory isn't great, but from what I remember, I was "on standby" in the porta cabin for approx 6 hours and I got paid about £55 ish :)

....still waiting for my Hollywood call up lol :P
