fish question

hi can anyone help i caught a cat with one of my pond fish this morning th fish was still alive so i put him back in the pond but when i looked at where i found him there was quite a lot of scales on the floor. he is swimming very slowly and im hoping he is going to be ok but does anyone know if the scales repair themselves. thanks

i dont have pond fish, i have a tank but my fish have always repaired themselves with a little help from 'stress relief ' you can buy in most pet stores. might need to segregate it till it improves!

hi thanks for the reply i have just put him an a tank im going later to get some stress relief im hoping it does the trick cos he isnt looking too good
