I am SO stupid! I have been puzzling over these 4 missing answers all evening and I STILL can't get them!! They are Breeds of Dog.

1. A Scottish song + a direction before Mr Winton (8)
11. Mother sounds ridged (7)
20. Could also be a pony (7)
24. A water spirit from Scottish folklore can be found near the M9 (6)

They are probably SO easy that I am looking too deeply?

Thank you SO much Jackdaw33 and Davemano. Now I can see them, they ARE easy, I just wasn't thinking along the right lines - I had thought Kelpie, but didn't know that it was a dog! (I was a Kelpie, a long time ago when I was in the Brownies lol !!!)
