Leaky Flat Roof

Hiya. had a couple of quotes.. to repair a leaky flat roof... to replace the lead flashing.. chase out the wall to fit the flashing, flush to the wall... and to re-coat the whole area..to make it water proof..its not a very big area.. but deff needs the repair... waters coming in when it rains... middle quote is to do the job...inc materials.. 3 men.. 1 day.. 650...is that about right/fair price? ta everso Mrs C x

If it's been letting water in there is every chance the water will be still present, is it on a wood roof? if so the wood might be perished & need replacing, you are then talking about more time, stripping out the perished wood, barter on the price & ask for a guarantee in writing, I would also get several prices & work one against the other.
