I missed the last few minutes as there was a clash of recording.
I got to the part where she had got home, and the black girl was there in her car & started to talk to her.

## But I felt it very unlikely that a doctor would confide in a patient that her husband was having an affair and that she'd then ask the patient to follow her husband ##

Thats the only part I thought was a bit unlikely.

Black girl was refused sleeping tsblet prescription but doc relented if bg would stalk hubby.
Bg follows hubby & sees him kiss blonde but no photo, only reg number that she checks to blonde friend (the one who touches hubby arm at dinner) who also has adult blonde daughter. Which one owns the hair?

Not forgetting bg told her to check the boot of his car which she did at his 40th birthday bash and she found a phone with pictures of her husband with the blonde woman's daughter and some photos of them together with their friends.
