God said 'Be fruitful' - rather than 'go forth' - 'and multiply' regarding the animals and birds He had created in Genesis Chapter 1 Verse 22...
"And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth."

Genisis Chapter 1 verses 27/28

27. And God created man to his own image: to the image of God he created him: male and female he created them.
28. And God blessed them saying: Increase and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and all living creatures that move upon the earth.

The above quote may be after being academic (ised) and fruitful exchanged for multiply.
If you're referring to the quote I offered, PhilBy, it is a direct 'lift' from the King James Version of the Bible.
Whatever, the answers to the five questions posed are...God...his creatures animal and human...to start the process of procreation and expansion...in the Garden of Eden...at the time of the Creation.
it is also used as a 'polite' way of telling someone to fock off...
Yes & I bet that gets muttered quite a lot on here too joko!
I was refering to the quote I offered QM
