Any suggestions what i go do with them? One day is planned by I'm stuck for day 2 and am looking for ideas. There's nothing on at the cinema; they'd probably not enjoy anything sensible like stately home or historic visitor attraction, might prefer shopping but we wouldn't!

Lets assume the weather is iffy.

Swimming? Tenpin bowling? Ice skating? Any good films on the telly?
Museums?
Ten pin bowling?
National Space Centre? Think I remember you live in Leicestershire, is that right Maydup?
Who are the teenagers in relation to you :-) Maybe they might have some of their own ideas that suit all.

Ten pin bowling might be an idea thanks. They are family members who never have any ideas of their own. At the "don't know" stage!
Boys or girls Maydup, and what age...13 or 18 ?

I don't enjoy ten pin bowling myself, but the kids seem to, if my nephews are anything to judge by. Are you sure that they wouldn't enjoy going to a castle ? Its easy to say that kids just like computers and shopping, but if we don't offer them other things, how do we really know ?
Tel 'em to bring their laptops, DS's, other electronic time sinks, get lots of 'crap' food in your cupboards, consider getting Netflix (if not already got) and lock them in a sound proof room.
Actually I agree with Boo here...the cellar is best, if you have one !
male or female or both?
How about paint balling? My boys used to love that.
There is so little info in the question is impossible to give an answer -male/female how old? a 13 year old teenage will not want to do the same as a 16 year old teenager. They are more likely to bring all their electronics with them and as you have internet access you are already sorted as they will be quite happy in their rooms talking to their mates and playing games online.

We're going to them so they'll have all their gadgets, but I'll need to go out myself for a bit and would like to drag then out of their rooms! bowling might be the answer for a weekend of unpredictable weather, or we'll just take them out to lunch maybe.

Ages 13 and 15, one of each.

Leave them to their own devices but give them a choice of where to go for an evening meal.
Question Author
I'm probably worrying too much about occupying them aren't I Sherr? Just let them be and feed them!
Give them the wifi password and feed them takeaways of their choice.
They'll love you for i
I think they'll enjoy it more if you don't get in their way - sorry, but they already have their routines (but maybe tea out), x
