So she was flirting with me lots, ie smiling, staring, laughing, touching me, initiating convo, soo many things, so i told her i like her and she has a boyfriend, she then said she's not sure if she likes me more than a friend? can she really be not sure or is she letting me down? maybe she does like me but likes her boyfriend more, i didn't make a move and he did, all theese are possiblities, anyway what should i do now? ignore her? move on and be friends? i mean if she wants me she has to make the move now right? Last night at work she came over and said i want to sit next to you, and then started talking laughing , smiling, she even touched the back of my hair, and said i miss you already just as i was about to go home, then today she ignored me! didn't even look at me, What The Funicular is her game?

Don't hold your breath waiting: putting your social life on hold. If she decides she's interested then she can see if you are still free then. Meanwhile most girls seem to only want platonic relationships. Find one who wants more and is free to commit.

I think that this young lady is enjoying your attention... it makes her feel a bit powerful. If I were you I would now ignore her for a while...a long while!! If she touches you move away, if she speaks to you pull others into the conversation, make new friends at work etc etc. She will either get bored with her game (which I suspect is most likely) or she will decide that she likes you a bit more and maybe ask you to go for a coffee with you. PLease don't continue letting her play with you ..it seems to be upsetting you and that is not fair.
