Hi all. I run a dual screen homebuilt 1ghz AMD system that has been running XP home edition no problems, untill this evening when i upgraded to XP Pro. I left the setup running to come back to both my screens showing that the signal output from the pc not being supported. I know that this is to do with windows, as after rebooting, i can see the bios screens, and after that, the win XP Pro boot screen comes up, followed by a message telling me setup is being restarted, at which point, the screens go blank, telling my the signal output is not supported. I am on my knees here, i have alot of important data on that computer, and a restart is an absolute last measure. Thanks in advance, Tom

sorry, format, not restart
Do you have a dual head video card or two video cards? For the former try having only one monitor on the #1 output (they will be labelled) and for the latter remove the PCI video card so you use only one monitor with the AGP card.

it's a dual output card, but not to worry, i left the pc turned off for 30 mins or so, and it went right back into setup, but it came out healed! :o) thanks anyway j2buttonsw
