just moved inti a new house, and had a BT line connected - worked ok for 2 weeks, then all of sudden was disconnected for no discernble reason I have rng nearly every day for 2 weeks, nd im still no closer to knowing why it was disconnected or when we might be re-connected. I honestly don't have the will much longer. In addition to all the clls, i have also live chatted nd emiled them. They are total muppets. One notable time 3 days ago i got transferred to FIVE different departments before they hung up.
if i hd virgin , would i still need a BT line?
Its worth posting on this BT Community Forum. A BT Mod usually responds and offers to look into the problem. Hope it helps bednobs and the line gets reconnected soon.
Are you on Twitter? I had an issue with Talk Talk and it was driving me crazy and taking a while trying to get it sorted via the call centre so I tweeted them a few times as they have staff replying and it was them in the end who got the problem sorted.
