Does anyone have any samples of a business plan for a Bar/Resturant which is already Trading. The only ones i can seem to find are for starting up a new business.

I don't see what the big deal is comparing a BP for a new restaurant business venture over an existing business. It should be damn sight easier for you since you have a history to go from and the sections of the plan should be the same.
The first example from Taat seems pretty good to me, covering the main sections that a bank or prospective partner would want from you.
