Absolutely, bazwillrun. Makes sense. We all thought of it ages ago. :)

Now, who is going to tell ISIL that there are 'safe' zones where they must not go? The well-paid 'pretty useless organisations' should, of course, be mobilizing a multi-national army and funding these 'safe zones'. I wait with bated breath.........
