Oh Birthday Next Month.

Daughter and grandkids came round tonight to give him an early present.
They got him two tickets for the Wales rugby game on Thursday. He was thrilled as he is a rugby nut!
She had problems getting the tickets though. They were donated to a charity auction and she managed to buy them on it back in June. She chased the man up about them early last week. He said he would be on to it straight away. When he came back to her it was bad news. The tickets were a scam. He had bought them from a web site that had sold hundreds of false tickets and it's still up and running now. The police are involved now. The donor felt terrible and said he would see what he can do. He actually managed to source two more tickets and passed them on to her today. So all ends well.
OH is thrilled to bits. He's hoping to take an old friend with him.

Lucky Mr Caran, but as Mamya say's it's a shame for the others that have been conned.

The police said there was a chance some people could get their money back, but that's nothing really to the disappointment they would have felt.
