Why Does This Happen

I was given the scan number of a little blouse in Sainsburys yesterday - Sainsburys didn't have my size - inserted it - no result. Typed ladies white blouse - what comes up but the whole of Sainsburys - ie babies clothes, trousers, dresses, shirts.

Sainsburys need to get their site up and running correctly.

Found the blouse last night and of course I forgot I used number of "lost" card to pay for it and it didn't accept it naturally - received new card today - can I find the white blouse - no.

try it yourself Ummmm - look for a white blouse ladies - and you can see what I mean.

Don't type anything in. Just click on 'women' and choose 'shirts and blouses' from the list.

I've just done it and only women's shirts and blouses come up.

If you are trying to buy it online it could be that the blouse can only be bought in the store.

What is the description or style name of the blouse you are looking for?

No Wolf I actually got it last night and put it into my basket. However because of "wrong" card - it omitted it from the basket about 2 hours later.

it is a sort flocky white blouse quite plain but with a black stripe down the arm

Can you not look at your rejected order to give us the Sainsbury description, style name or number?
