Chilli Noodlles

hubby bought a packet of sweet chilli noodles i was going to cook them with pork but have no idea what sauce to use ,any ideas please xx

Hmmm.

Cheese goes extremely well with pork. (Pork steaks with cheese melted on top of them, served with new potatoes, are extremely yummy).

Cheese goes extremely well with chilli. (A chilli con carne without loads of cheese on top of it aint worth considering, in my opinion!)

So perhaps you can guess what type of sauce I'd suggest here?

Sweet and sour would go well, there are some recipe suggestions on the recipes section on gavmacp's thread.

An alternative that comes readily to mind is mushroom sauce. (Great with pork and probably OK with the noodles as well).

Kung po sauce..approximated with tomato puree, chilli, garlic, sherry, wine vinegar and cornflour to thicken...some orange juice in there too, if you have it. Do this sauce quite often with chicken (or pork) vegetables and noodles (or rice).
