Morning,

Sometimes people say things like "I'd have my coffee on a drip if I could" or "I'll take mine intravenously".

Obviously they just mean "I would really like this coffee to take effect as quickly as possible".

What would be the effects of, say, espresso strength coffee through a drip?

The same I'm sure, but what would the difference be? Quicker? More effective? Reduced side effects?
