don't worry....once the window frames have set, and glass is in, the scaffolding can go up to rebuild the balcony... the lift engineer will be ok in there without food etc for at least a week..it wasn't your fault that the building's electrics did not stand up to the sprinklers..it was only a very small turf fire after all....
