How does one format pages 2 and above that differ slightly to the first page in LibreOffice Writer? This is often the case for letters, where the first page has addresses and subsequent pages need to take maximum text (= replacing the address space). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Having checked, I can't see any way to do it within page formatting.
The simple answer, I guess, would be to type a number of blank lines at the top of the first page (assuming that you mean that you wish to leave enough space for pre-printed letterhead).
