Odi Match Abandoned In India Because Of Crowd Problems

Just because the Indian team are getting beaten by South Africa
doesn't justify throwing bottles etc at the players. This is a blight
on Indian cricket and when the police were called they didn't go
into the stands to quell the trouble but took up good positions
to watch the play, should it re-start!

Thanks to the common sense shown by the match referee
Chris Broad, the match resumed after clearing the stand of unruly
spectators & South Africa coasted home.
When will India recognise that, although they are cricket mad, teams
will be reluctant to tour?
