Tune into Ulster TV on Sky Digital in Scotland

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to tune into Ulster TV on my Sky Digital. i live in Scotland and i would like to see a programme that's being shown on Ulster TV tonight at 8pm. thanks for your help.
