Does anyone know how he is? About a year(?) ago, he had a brain haemorrhage. Last I heard, he'd stabilised and was out of hospital, but that was a long while now.

Scaling fish

Does anyone know of a good tool for scaling fish - apart from the back of a knife, etc. I usually do it in a bowl of water to stop the scales pinging off, but isn't there a better way?
