i recieved a police warning in 2009 for the miss use of drugs. i never got taken to the police station n i cant remember signing anything. but i did get a letter. will this show up on a police check,...

american visa!!

i have just booked a holiday to florida, and have been told that i have to get a visa. i have been aressted twice in 2009 but never charge or convicted of anything. i never even got my finger prints...
