toning up stomach muscles

after losing a large amount of weight how do i tone up my stomach muscles. i am 20 year old and have lost 50 lbs. at 155 i still have a pouch that looks like i had a baby.

Biting dog

My dog used to be a friendly dog until she was in my car one day and my cousin's pounded on the window and scared her. she now growls at random people and she doesn't like them to come close to her....

Dogs after menstration

We have a Boston Terrior who just got over her first period. Now she is sucking on one of her toy bears nose like it is a nipple and useing her paws to work it. Is this normal?

Breeding/Menstral Cycle in dogs

We have a Boston Terrior, it is her first period and she has been bleeding for 18 days, is that normal. i also was wondering when you breed them. do you do it during their period?
