Black watch again!

Thank you dot, I'll get his marriage certificate. What can I do if he wasn't in the Regiment when he got married? I know he had no children so cant go down that route! I hope you or anyone can help....

Thanks to everyone who told me where the records are kept. Here's the next question though ~ How can I find out my uncle's regimental number? The museum etc can't help without it! Anita
