sleep problems

i get tired go to bed drop off but keep seeing flashing shapes pictures etc and wake up over and over and feel really weird its horrible any ideas

discoloured tooth

one of my front teeth is darker than the rest due to enamel erosion and also a gap has grown between my 2 front teeth which im really self conscious about, dentist wont help on nhs any advice here...

does xenical really work for weight loss is it a safe drug to take i have a thyroid condition which makes my metabolism really slow im now 15 stone though i only usually have 2 meals a day
