can anyone tell me what a folder named 'camp axis win broswe' is for? The programme that is held in this folder is called fastwarn.exe thanks

I keep getting a pop up which calls itself CiD it seems to advertise all different sites etc. I have a pop up blocker but for some reason this little ****** wont be beaten...can any1 help please?
