Ibuprofen

How often is it ok take 200mg Ibuprofen? I always thought it was every 4 hours but just been told its six hours? I don't have the box. Thanks....

My doctor prescribed these when I really hurt my back. He said to take every 4 hours but they are strong so I would just take them in the eve after work. When they ran out, which was ages after they...
