What to eat

I seem to have lost my appetite, too much rich food i think.... Im hungry but really dont know what to have? Any ideas?...

ive just had news that my dear little 3 year old niece has been admitted to hospital with pneumonia ... theyre putting her on antibiotics for 48 hours or something, i dont know any more ... oh bless...
