Headlight conversion from LHD to RHD

I believe that on recent cars made in Europe, the headlights can be converted from RHD to LHD without having to change the complete unit. Does anybody know if the is so for a Vauxhall/Opel Vectra year...

Renault espace Mk2 heater blower switch

How do I access the dash switch to either change or repair it without taking the whole damn car apart ???
