how come porn keeps showing up in my computer history

My partner uses music chatrooms and we seem to get lots of tacky porn pop ups.The history on the computer has a large list of porn sites which we have not went on.Is it possible for them to register...

Is Running a good way of keepin fit ?

HI, I am thinking of joining an athletics club having been involved when i was younger. I wish to get fit and tone up ! what would be a safe distance to start off running to start myself off ?
