lesion on liver

My husband had hepatitis when he was a child of 10 and now a ct scan has shown up a lesion on his liver. could this be a result of the hepatitis i.e. scar tissue. He has also had a melanoma removed...

The answer is a fishy one.

Clue: Prickly pear adjust the radio. I thought the answer might be 'stingray' But other people reckon it's 'tuna' If 'tuna' is correct, where does the prickly pear come into it?...
