Listening to others, I believe there is a way in which the sender of an email can receive notification as to whether that email has been read. Is it possible to do this on yahoo mail, and if so, how?

I do not know in practical terms what the difference is but here goes: I connect to the internet via an O2 mobile dongle. When it is operating in 4G mode it flashes green and when in 3G mode, blue....
