Custody over two boys ..

If the mother agrees to handing two boys (11) (9) over into my custody- full time..what would i have to do to make this legal? any advice is good.. Thanks

Going back to work/ housing benefit..

My housing benefit is ?650..once i am back to work..is there a set limit i must keep from my wages if i dont earn enough..eg. if i earn ?1000 . Will i still get help for my housing benefit.. is there...
